What is our return policy?

We have only selected and unmatched products and we are sure that you will love them. However, if you are unhappy with any product and wish to return it, we'll be happy to take it back.

For all products, we accept returns made within 48 hours from the date of deliver the product.

The products should be unused and in the same condition you received them. Like in their original packaging with all tags.

Exchange, refund or return will not be accepted for products sold in Special Sale including End of Season Sale.

All returns will be accepted against the original order only once. Return will not be accepted for any previous exchanges or in cases where vouchers have been used.

Only store credit will be given for such returns. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

If the return is due to a size issue (applicable for apparel and footwear only), it is the member's responsibility to pay for return shipping. On our part we will give you a store credit. If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item sent, damaged/defective product), we will reimburse the invoice value as well as the shipping charge you bear to return the package, up to a maximum of Rs 100 as store credit All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and will be sent back.

How do I return products?

For return, just follow these simple steps:

  1. Call customer support no. or email us at with the order details and request return pickup.
  2. Pack the merchandize in the same box with all tags, stickers and original invoice.
  3. You will receive a call back from us within 48 hours of your request with return details.
  4. Once we receive the shipment, products will be checked for quality at our warehouse and refund/exchange will be accepted only if the products are in proper condition.
  5. Once the refund has been approved, we will refund the money or exchange the product as requested.
  6. Customers have to return the products themselves. The order needs to be sent back to our address.

Returns can be made in the following ways

Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 48 hours from the date of receiving your parcel. You can either call our Customer Support No. between 10am and 7pm, on all WORK DAYS and choose the return option over the phone to reach our dedicated helpline for returns or write to us

After validating your return request over phone we will send you an email authorizing a return. The mail will have a link that gives you access to the return shipping address label. You may simply print, fill with accurate information, paste the shipping address label on the package and courier it back to us. Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 1 week of us sending the authorizing email.

Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 1 week of our receiving of the return package from you.

Refunds are made as follows

If the payment was made in cash then the refund is made in the form of a NEFT/cheque.

If the payment is made using a credit/debit card (or any form of net banking) then the amount is credited back to the same account from which the payment was made.

When a refund is to be made due to sizing issues from customer's end (for apparel and footwear) then the amount is refunded in the form of store credits.

If we shipped the product and customer refuse to accept the product at his/her door step than we will charge/deduct min Rs.100 or 10% as logistic from the payment is made by customer and remaining will be refunded in to customer bank account

We will keep you updated on the status of your return at each step

  1. When we validate your return, we send you a return authorization mail.
  2. At the closure of your refund, we send you a closure mail.
  3. In rare cases of Damaged/Defective/Incorrect product received, you need to inform us within 48 hours of Delivery.

I paid cash on delivery, how would I get the refund?

If the mode of payment was cash on delivery (COD), we will add amount in your account's Store Credit.. You may also choose to any other product from istyle99 of more amount than your cancelled product even just 1 Rs above. You will have to pay only extra amount of the that product. If you Choose product will be of less amount of your cancelled product remains price will not be refund. You have to choose product with in 30 days from the date of cancellation.

What is our exchange policy?

What is our refund policy?

From the date of return pick up we will take 10 days to process your refund via online transfer to your account. Please note that the amount paid for orders Shipping will not be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

After placing an order on istyle99, if you wish to cancel the order, please email us at or call us with the order details. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount. Once the order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.
